If you also need support outside office hours, Accel can offer you the following two options by subscription:

Do you also need support outside office hours and during the weekend? Then you can arrange an Extended Business Hours Contract. With this contract you can also call on Accel (by telephone only) at the following times:

  • On workdays between 7:00 am and 8:30 am and between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.

24/7 Support

With our 24/7 Contract you can call on the Accel service desk around the clock (by telephone only). You receive a special telephone number from us with which you can reach the service desk 24/7.

If you activate the on-call service without an agreement, you accept a starting cost of €250 and hourly rates charged at an increased rate (working time is always billed).
